TECHNICAL CAPACITY

FLOORENZO (W.A.) LIMITED Has constructed over the years more than 2,000, 000m2 of buildings. Also paving of different types of surfaces apart from various types of sewage and storm drainages.

With our contract and presence in the money market, any additional special equipment could readily be available through hiring and leasing.

Through our offices and our international contacts, we have associates, consultants, agent and suppliers worldwide, a resource we can draw on for more specialized work. BANKERS OPERATION 

We pride ourselves in being able to draw on robust relationship with our bankers based on a solid working relationship derived from a business, which has thrived over the years. As a result, we are able to call on additional financial support by way of facilities should the project require this for the leasing/hiring of additional plant & equipment. This relationship enables us to provide adequate financial guarantees to our prospective clients should this be a requirement of the project. We are happy to provide references on request.

INFRASTRUCTURAL FACILITIES 

The company benefits from operating bases in many states throughout Nigeria in partnership with local contractors, alliances built from years of operating in different states of the federation. We pride ourselves in executing projects in the areas where many contractors believe operating conditions are too challenging including remote regions in the South & East of the country. Our staff are our greatest assets, assisted by state of the art technical support including; e-facilities, system controls, satellite communication and computerised networks.
